Plywood Regatta Scholarship Fund
2026 Deadline for Applications: April 17, 2026
The purpose of the Plywood Regatta Scholarship Fund is to provide financial support to deserving and qualified Plywood Regatta participants for advanced education in a program related to the marine industry. Applicants must be graduating high school students or marine technical school students.
Eligibility:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Participate in the Plywood Regatta during the year in he/she is applying. Can be a participant or mentor.
- Be in good academic standing at his/her school with a minimum 2.5 grade point average. (Applicants must submit a sealed official transcript with application).
- Be able to provide a record of community service hours with his/her school.
- Demonstrate strong drive and determination.
Award:
Scholarship recipients will be awarded at least $1,000 to be paid directly to an institution of postsecondary education to be used towards tuition and/or other fees.
